Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we regularly create custom wedding bouquets, centrepieces, floral garlands, and more. If you would like us to prepare a custom sample arrangement for you to view online, we recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance.
To get started, please message us with your preferred style, colours, and flower choices—or share some inspiration photos—and we’ll be happy to assist.

Are all your flowers artificial?
Yes, we only use lifelike artificial flowers in our arrangements. They are designed to look as realistic as possible while offering lasting beauty and convenience.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Australia is based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery address. For international orders, postage is calculated based on Australia Post rates, and any additional customs or handling charges are the customer's responsibility.

This product is currently out of stock—can I still place an order for it?

Please message us directly to check availability. In many cases, we can recreate sold-out items. If possible, we’ll create a new listing for you to place your order.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! You’re welcome to collect your order from our warehouse:

Can I make changes to a wedding package?

Yes, you can customise any wedding package by adding or removing pieces such as bridesmaid bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, or flower girl posies. Please message us directly, and we’ll adjust the package and pricing to suit your needs.

Will the flowers look exactly like the photos?

We always aim to present accurate colours and designs in our photos. However, due to changes in flower supply, styles may vary slightly over time. While we do our best to match the overall look and feel, the final arrangement may not be 100% identical to the sample image.

You're welcome to visit our warehouse to view the flowers in person, or we can send you extra photos upon request.
